The Export to CSV functionality allows you to export information about buildings, techs, civs, and resources to a spreadsheet, which can then be read by programs such as Microsoft Excel, to allow you to perform more detailed analysis if you wish.
After opening a BIQ, click the Export to CSV button, and follow the instructions in that window. Then open the .csv file in your favorite spreadsheet program.
